One-time purchases (Pro Core and add-on packs)
30-day, no-questions-asked refund. If CleanPaths Pro (Core, Batch Pack, or Precision Pack) isn't right for you, email support@cleanpaths.io [待确认] within 30 days of purchase with your order ID or the email you used at checkout. We'll refund you in full.
- No reason required, no forms, no retention scripts.
- Refunds are processed through our Merchant of Record [待回填：Creem（首选）/ Paddle（备选）] back to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank (typically 5–10 business days). [待确认：以 MoR 实际时效为准]
- When a refund is issued, the corresponding license key is deactivated. That's the whole deal.
- After 30 days, refunds are at our discretion (e.g., duplicate purchases, clear technical failures — we'll be reasonable).
Monthly Pass
- You can cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month, and you keep access until then.
- The current billing month is non-refundable — the Monthly Pass is priced for short-term use, and monthly billing keeps that simple.
- Credit toward one-time purchase: if you upgrade to Pro Core within 60 days of your Monthly Pass payment(s), 100% of what you've paid in Monthly Pass fees is credited against the one-time price. [待确认：抵扣上限是否封顶一次 $59，与 04 §2.4 对齐]
A note before you refund
Flat-color graphics (logos, icons, screenshots, line art) are designed to come out cut-ready; photos come out stylized — that's stated on every tool page before you buy. If your result didn't match what the page described, that's on us: tell us what happened and we'll make it right, refund included.
Chargebacks
Please email us first. Chargebacks filed without contact slow everything down (your bank's process takes weeks); a refund email takes minutes. Unjustified chargebacks may lead to license deactivation.
